Requirements
- Candidate must be a medical doctor
- Fresh graduate or max. 2 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance, Medical Affairs, or a similar role in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in regulatory compliance, scientific research, or medical training is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of pharmacovigilance regulations (BPOM, WHO, or other international guidelines).
- Proficiency in medical literature review and the ability to interpret scientific data.
- Familiarity with drug safety reporting systems and risk management plans.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to conduct training and liaise with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills for reviewing scientific data and reports.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Proactive and problem-solving mindset in handling drug safety and medical affairs-related issues.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Jobdesc
- Prepare and submit reports on non-compliance issues and/or adverse drug reactions to BPOM and principals on a regular basis.
- Implement pharmacovigilance activities in accordance with drug safety agreements with principals and BPOM regulations.
- Regularly conduct pharmacovigilance awareness sessions for the sales team and distributors.
- Accompany the marketing team in internal activities (morning meetings, etc.) and external activities (joint visits, discussions with Key Opinion Leaders, presentations at hospitals, etc.).
- Conduct medical knowledge training for the marketing and sales teams (new & refresher training).
- Search for and provide scientific journals, as well as participate in competency training.
