A Continuous Improvement Plan is a set of activities designed to bring gradual, ongoing improvement to products, services or processes through constant review, measurement and action. DIPA Healthcare establishes the improvement program towards Total Quality Management since 4 years ago. And last year, we make a competition to filter the most improved program. There were 21 programs from all departments but only 5 programs that fulfill the selection requirement and then 3 programs passed selection by Board of Directors and Management Team and got the rewards from company. They were HRD Department, Marketing Department from Analytical Lab Division, PPIC. & Import Department from Analytical Lab Division.
And the most improved from Top 3 is HRD Department. They can show the benefits their program from 4 perspectives: Financial, Customer, Business Process and Learning & Growth. Congratulation and we are waiting the others improvement programs from all departments!!
