In preparation for ISO 9001: 2015 application and moving from ISO 9001: 2008, DIPA Healthcare conducted a short training for two days to get information about significant differences between ISO 9001:2008 to ISO 9001:2015. A total number of 30 employees from different departments were trained to know more about the differences and benefits of the Quality Management System ISO 9001: 2015 implementation. Risk Management was becoming the focus attention while in ISO 9001:2008 this is not yet well known. All participants were very enthusiastic about the training and were confident that the implementation of the Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015 will improve the performance and achieve better results from the previous results.
Training accompanied by external consultant and the training opening and closing was attended by the President Director as a TOP Management for the ISO 9001: 2015. The role of TOP Management will be very important because they will have responsible for the implementation effectiveness of ISO 9001: 2015. He suggested that working by system would be better than nothing, but keep in mind that the business must lead the system not vice versa, should be flexible and should not be stiff because the system is created by business need.
On 8-9 December 2016, the SGS Indonesia audited PT DIPA Pharmalab Intersains (DPI) and PT DIPA Puspa Labsains (DPL), and the audit result stated that DIPA Healthcare was good enough for the Quality Management System implementation in accordance with ISO 9001: 2015 and passed and deserve the ISO 9001: 2015 certificate.
