In order to achieve this purpose, HR development gave an internal training to selected participants from back offices such as HRD, GA, BM, Purchasing, MSD, Legal, Logistic, IT, FA, PICA Marketing, Import as well as Secretariat
The Theme of this training : "Your Customer doesn't care how much you know until they know how much you care." All participants were trained and expected to be smart to appraise people and understand people’s assessment of them.
